What is allowed and what isn't

I have thought about what I wanted for this forum for a long time. I wanted some freedom and some restrictions as well.

While yes I am allowing crossovers those allowed (Or Similar too):

Once Upon a Time
True Blood
Vampire Diaries/The Originals/Legacies
Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Angel
Supernatural
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
Disney Descendants

(I know there is more but the brain is drawing a blank)

(People are allowed to play characters that had died on the books and movies(This goes for non Harry Potter too). Just have a good reason why they didn't die)

What isn't allowed:
Law Order Characters (shows like that)
Reality Show Stars
Tik Tok stars
Political Leaders (Ex: Donald Trump and Joe Biden.)
Youtube Stars
